What references do I need?
You will be asked for a previous landlord, bank, employer and or character references.
You also asked to to produce a photographic identity along with a proof of address.

When will the rent leave my account?
The rent will be paid via standing order and will leave your accounts generally three days prior to the rent due date in order to be received by your rent due date.

What happens if my rent is paid late?
Any problems with possible late rent payments should be conveyed to WJ Wooster Property Management as soon as possible. Arrears letters which will be issued after five days in arrears. Tenants will expect to pay for the arrears letter and interest will be charged until payment is made.

If I have any problems during my tenancy who do I speak to?
It will be made clear at the beginning of the tenancy agreement if the property is managed by WJ Wooster lettings. If it is you will contact the office either via telephone on the main office number 01603 452644 or via e-mail to info@wjwooster.co.uk

What happens to my deposit?
WJ Wooster lettings uses the DPS(Deposit Protection Service) who will hold the deposit for the duration of the tenancy.

When is my deposit returned?
Deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy once the checkout has been conducted, and the property has been vacated in a satisfactory condition. The money be returned your account let any agreed deductions. This can happen on average up to 10 working days and typically no more than 28 days.

How do I serve notice to vacate my property?
Notice will need to be served in accordance with your tenancy agreement in person or sent via recorded delivery to WJ Wooster Lettings office. If you're unsure how to proceed please contact the office further advice.
