It covers everything we offer in our Full Management service with the added benefit of complete 24/7 heating system breakdown cover, including any parts required to be replaced, as well as Rent guarantee and legal cover through our Homelet provider.

Still not convinced? This cover will also include guaranteed same day service*, no excess, unlimited call-outs, all parts included (in boiler casing), Gas boilers, LPG boilers, Oil boilers, £400 off a new boiler if unrepairable and an annual service and safety check
